Welcome to the Kingdom Event Bid Application (KEBA). On these pages you will find information about the Kingdom Events of Meridies and what is required to bid on the opportunity to host these events. It is the hope of the Kingdom Seneschal's office that the online bid submission process will prove easier, from start to finish, for both submitting groups and those who use the information to award those bids to hosting groups.
If you have any questions regarding the information or process, please contact the Kingdom Level Event Deputy: Duchess Lethrenn Bikkisdottier. It is her job to assist groups throughout the bid and event hosting process. Please keep in mind that only the group seneschal may submit a bid on the behalf of any group. All bid submissions received will be verified with the local group seneschal.
